It is a lovely old traditional village house that has just been totally renovated but has kept lots of its original features and loads of exposed beams whilst retaining a light contemporary feel.
There are large fireplaces in the very spacious lounge and breakfast kitchen which has fabulous vaulted ceiling.
We will have log burners fitted in both of these but there will also be electric heaters. (Will be surprised if you need them)
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 upstairs and one ground floor (so great for disabled etc).
The ground floor one opens via French windows onto the garden, and as the climate in this area is sunny and warm for many months; the sun has a tendency to stream into this room while you enjoy views of the long garden.
You are not overlooked unless the cheery French neighbour is down at the bottom tending his vegetable patch! (try not to upset him as hopefully he will continue to keep our huge area of grass cut and lovely trees pruned.
There are brand new multijet shower rooms on both floors containing sinks and toilets.
There are double gates to the side of the property which allow you to drive into a parking area where there is room for 2/3 cars.
There will be a Boules pitch in this area. So if you want to challenge “the neighbour” at his national game be it on your own head!!!
